Insurance

All patients that receive services require a physician's prescription. We offer free consultations and accept most types of insurance coverage.

During the patient's initial appointment, our billing staff works with their insurance company to determine coverage for the prescribed orthotic or prosthetic device. Our billing staff is available to answer any questions a patient may have concerning coverage, reimbursement and/or any patient responsibility.

As a courtesy, we accept assignment on any Orthotic and Prosthetic device that is covered by the patient's insurance plan.
